Refund Policy

1. Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your PrimeHeadshots experience. Refund eligibility is determined based on your usage of purchased credits at the time you raise your refund request.
2. Full Refund: Unused Credits
If you have not used any credits from your purchase, you are entitled to a full, 100% refund, no questions asked. Simply submit a request and we'll process it.
3. Partial Refund, Used Credits
If you have used credits from your purchase and are not satisfied with the results, you are entitled to a 50% partial refund of the purchase amount. This covers the cases where the output quality did not meet your expectations despite using the service.
4. Time Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Requests received after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
5. Resolution Timeline
Once your refund request is received, our team will review it and respond within 2 business days. Resolution, including the refund being credited back to your original payment method, may take up to 7 business days to complete, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
