1. Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with the results of your AI headshots, you may be eligible for a refund. We review every request on a case-by-case basis to determine the fairness and validity of the claim.
- Full Refund: May be issued if the generation failed completely or the results are unusable due to technical errors on our part.
- Partial (50%) Refund: May be issued if the quality is lower than expected but still partially usable, or if guidelines were not fully followed during the upload process.
2. Timeframe
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
