Team members upload a casual selfie, select their preferred attire and background style, and our AI generates 40 professional headshots in minutes. Admins configure brand styles - backgrounds, attires, and logo overlays - applied uniformly across the whole team.
Go to the Team tab, enter their email addresses (one per line or comma-separated), and click Send. They will receive a magic link to join your organization instantly.
Each generation batch produces 8 professional headshots and uses 8 credits. Members can run multiple batches at any time. By default each user gets 40 images total, giving a wide selection of clothing, poses, and background combinations.
Yes. As an admin, you can view, download, and manage headshots for every member in your organization from the Downloads tab. You can also filter by member name, date, and photo status.
Initially, team admins can choose from preset attires and backgrounds that will be standardized across the entire team's headshots.
