Prime Headshots provides AI-generated professional headshots based on user-uploaded photos. We act as a vendor for these services. Payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By purchasing our services, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions as well as ours.

Unless otherwise stated, Atlantic Media and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Prime Headshots. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Prime Headshots for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

4. User Content

In these terms and conditions, “your user content” means material (including without limitation text, images, audio material, video material and audio-visual material) that you submit to this website, for whatever purpose. You grant to Prime Headshots a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute your user content in any existing or future media for the purpose of generating your headshots. We prioritize your privacy and do not use your personal images for marketing without your explicit consent.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for details on how refunds are handled. Generally, we offer partial or full refunds within 24 hours if results are unsatisfactory, subject to review.
